Some Local Officials Have Posponed Halloween

Because of the presence of the Hurricane Sandy, a lot of local officials decided to cancel Halloween because of such fright.

Some of the places that officially postponed their trick or treat celebration were the Westville in Gloucester County and Haddonfield in Camden County. Their trick or treat was postponed until Saturday.
