Job Fair Hosted By Camden County

A dozen of service agencies and over and above 100 employers are highlighted today at the semi-annual job fair of Camden County.

The event is up until 2 in the afternoon today. The event is encouraging the people who are underemployed and unemployed to attend on the White Horse Pike at the Collingswood Ballroom.

The event is not only for the employers who are searching for laborers to add in their workforce but it also has separate areas for the veterans and an opportunity to have experience in writing resumes as well as tips for dressing up for success and advice about makeovers.

Over and above 2,000 job seekers attended that event last year in April. Statewide, the unemployment is approximately 10 percent.

According to the Freeholder Director Louis Cappelli Jr. that they know that many of their residents are currently having a hard time in seeking for jobs and they have an alternative way to help them in a way they can.
