Public Hearing on Budget Tonight
The regular meeting of Cinnaminson Township Committee begins at 7:30 p.m. at the municipal building. Here are some items that are on the agenda for discussion.
Budget adoption—In Administrator Gerry Seneski’s final meeting as the chief financial officer of Cinnaminson, he will present the township’s municipal budget. A public hearing will be held. The budget was introduced at $12.8 million earlier this year.
“We fit into the 2 percent cap without any reductions in staff and service,” said Deputy Mayor Anthony Minniti.
Changes in Park Hours, Rules—A public hearing will be held on the proposed changes to the townships seven parks, which include a change in hours, and establishing ordinances that would allow police officers to take action on individuals in the park.
“These are issues the police department worked on with our parks and recreation department,” Minniti said.
Economic development committee—Ten business leaders in Cinnaminson will be appointed to township’s newly revitalized economic development committee.
“They can give committee guidance and recommendations to better enhance our business community, as well as take advantage of contacts in their respective industries to bring new businesses to town,” said Minniti who is the director of economic development.

Patrol cars—Township committee will vote on a resolution, authorizing the purchase of patrol cars under state contract.
