Local Aid Grants Were Awarded In South Jersey

Six local aid grants were awarded last Monday in South Jersey by the Christie administration.

The four grants who have a total of $704,000 were given to the three municipalities of Camden County and it includes Safe Routes to School grants for the safety improvement projects in Vorhees, Lindenwold and Haddonfield.

On the other hand, worth $292,835 were received by two grants and these will be used for the repairs of more than a dozen bridges in Gloucester County.

The grants that ere awarded last Monday in South Jersey are among the 35 local aid grants that has a total of $6.8 million which supports the projects for local road and safety.
