New Jersey law judge will hear a case involving three students

On Monday, the administrative law judge of New Jersey will hear a case to decide if the three students will move in an immediate manner out of the public schools of Camden.

The mothers of the boys submitted a legal petition last week stating and complaining that the school district is not giving their children an adequate type of education and that their children should be transferred to other schools.

Their lawyers are hoping to be able to use their filed claim to give others in the district of about 15,000 options to prefer other school institutions, too.

Last six years ago, there was a similar legal claim was already denied by the judges who stated that the planned reforms are needed to allot time to work.

On the other hand, the lawyers of the children stated that they have now had time and have not enhanced the schools.
