The project of Lutheran Social Ministries in which they want to transform the used to be Cinnaminson Home to be a reasonably priced senior housing when the members of the zoning board had approved the plans for the preliminary site last Wednesday night.

They also want to address the issues that the residents were complaining for a lot of times now which are the issues about the drainage and storm water. The plan aims to give solutions not to give some additional problems to their current condition.

The attorney named Keith McWhirk detailed that there are a lot of issues in the area that involves water.

The engineers for the preliminary site will address the problems through the installation of an underground detention system.

The said drain system will be connected to the main line on the Riverton Road.

According to McWhirk, the project will also consider the financial aspects and the construction is expected to be finished for a year.
