Campbell and the Food Bank of South Jersey will sell peach salsa to help charity

The Campbell Soup Co. is forming a union with a local food bank for them to advertise at the marketplace a peach salsa to help a charity.

The Food Bank of South Jersey will team up with Campbell and this Wednesday, they are about to announce the blastoff of Just Peachy. Just Peachy is the peach salsa which were made from the imperfect peaches that were contributed by the region farmers. According to the project organizers, $100,000 could be the sales of the product for the Pennsauken-based food bank’s hunger-relief projects.

Local and food bank retailers will be the main means of selling the peachy salsa. The Campbell Soup Co. will make a contribution to the products and will donate for the packaging costs.
