Another Assistance Center in Paulsboro Opened By Conrail

The officials of Conrail stated last Sunday that they have opened another assistance center due to the growth of population of local residents that are filing claims for assistance in the wake of the November 30 train derailment.

The second assistance center will be located at the firehouse of Paulsboro and targets to put up the privileges of the local residents who were subject to an accommodation in place order as an outcome of the derailment, but were not subject to an evacuation order, and do not have a medical entitlement to present to Conrail as stated by Mike Hotra, a spokesman for the train company.

All others may possibly carry on resenting the entitlements at the assistance center at 541A Mantua Ave.

Both centers are open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Claimants may make an appointment by calling (856) 599-1657.
